First things first, what originally made us fall in love with this amazing town was the scenic views that are only minutes from the hustle and bustle of city life! It only takes moments to get to Rossville from the neighboring town of Collierville, but the scenic landscape feels like you are hours away! Flowing through this town is the Wolf River, which provides an excellent habitat for wildlife. The William B Clark Conservation Area is located there, where you can see an up-close view of nature from the boardwalk trail.
Historic Downtown Square
No town is complete without its own Downtown Square, and Rossville is not different! This historic location is home to many local businesses while also magnifying Rossville’s rich history. On the square, you can find a variety of favorites such as Wolf River Café, gorgeous historic homes, and Halo Salon (our personal favorite!).
Community Activities
Keep in mind, while life in Rossville has the charm of a small town, there are still plenty of fun things to do that bring the community together! Each year, the town hosts Smokin’ on the Wolf BBQ Contest that brings friendly competition and delicious eats. Rossville is currently offering Food Truck Sundays at Lafayette Park (check the town’s website for dates and times). The local Polo Club is always looking for new members. When you’re ready for a little bit of an adventure, visit Tom’s Farm! In the Fall at Tom’s Farm, there is even a corn maze, hayrides, and a pumpkin patch!
