What Our Builders Would Add To Their Dream Outdoor Living
Something that makes a Magnolia Home so special is our attention to detail in (and out!) of every home we build, including our Outdoor Living Area! We love that our homeowners have additional space where they can build their memories. Today, we’re interviewing a special mix of the Magnolia Team: our builders! Our educated and talented crew has seen it all when it comes to building Outdoor Living spaces, so they have the expertise in what they would personally add to their dream Outdoor Living spaces!
Starting with our dedicated Builder in our Cove and Villages of Saunders Creek Community, Chuck says for his dream Outdoor Living Space, he would create the ideal place for enjoyment! He would add in a fireplace with a TV, overlooking a great view into the woods (maybe even spotting a few deer!), and of course a grilling kitchen with smokers! Talk about the perfect place for Fall game days!
Next up, we’re hearing from Joey, our dedicated builder in our Cypress Grove Community! He loves the look of blue ice stone for the floor and suggests adding blocking to hang your favorite lounge chair. Even better, screen in the back porch to make it enjoyable all year round! Great ideas, Joey!
Craig, our dedicated builder in our Oak Hill Community, agrees with Joey! He says the blue stone flooring and screened-in porch are a must. He would also add an outdoor kitchen, complete with a grill, sink, and of course an ice machine! Sounds like the place to be!
When it comes to a life of luxury, our builder in Shepherd’s Creek has the right idea! Dean says his dream Outdoor Living would include a sunken hot tub with 100” TV and fireplace. Perfect for the Fall and Winter seasons!
Our VP of Construction, Hunter, who has an eye for tasteful designs says his dream Outdoor Living would incorporate stained V-Groove planking on the porch ceiling and of course a wood burning fireplace!
Last but not least, we asked the OG Builder himself, Reggie, what he would include in his dream Outdoor Living space. He says he would add a large gas burner next to the grill and be set lower than countertop height, so it is easy to boil shrimp or other fun items! Sounds delicious!
