“The entire qualification and build process of our Oak Hill home was well organized, and clearly communicated to prevent surprises and mistakes. We were given access to the build schedule so we could monitor progress of our home and know what was next in real time. Every detail was discussed ahead of time, and installed per our agreed upon plan. There were areas where the builder allowed us to extend beyond the plan and footprint. The end result is a home that is unique, and more beautiful than we expected. Minor touch-ups were completed promptly after we moved in. We were given a list of all the trades who helped build the home, and receive preferential treatment whenever we call them for assistance. We are extremely pleased with our Magnolia home in the Oak Hill neighborhood, and would recommend this builder to anyone who wants a quality build in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. “On a beautiful sunny Sunday we decided to go look around Collierville for our new house. We went to MANY places. Then, we drove into this GORGEOUS neighborhood to look at the last house on our list. It was in Shepherd's Creek. The first house we walked through was absolutely beautiful. It was almost what we wanted. We left that house and decided to drive across to an area with construction. Then we saw it...a pond...water fountains! A serene landscape coupled with the most magnificent model home you could only imagine. We stopped in and were met immediately with a sweet smile. Sarah showed us around the property. I’m thinking... My German Shepherd Ranger would LOVE this backyard. After a period of negotiations, we were new homeowners! I have to say, the vibe in the neighborhood is so positive, so welcoming and filled with the most friendly people. We will be here for a long time. We’re blessed!
