WHAT TO EXPECT FOR YOUR HOME'S WARRANTY
- Quality Builders Limited 10-Year Warranty – backed by Liberty Mutual
- Jeld-Wen Windows and Sliding Glass Doors: Limited Lifetime Warranty for basic product coverage on Vinyl Windows, 20 Year Warranty for basic product coverage on Aluminum Clad Windows, and 20 years on the performance of the Low-E Argon gas seal for both
- Tyvek Home Wrap: 10-Year Limited Warranty
- James Hardie Exterior Siding and Trim: Limited 30 Years
- Owens Corning Shingles: Pro-rated Limited Lifetime Warranty
- HVAC System provided by Cordova Heat & Air: 1 year labor, limited lifetime for heat exchanger and compressor, and 10 years for thermostat and equipment parts*
- Appliances: 365-day coverage provided by each manufacturer via Ferguson Enterprises
- Interior Paint: Complimentary sheetrock/paint work (sheetrock cracks, nail pops, open trim joints) due to settling at the one-year anniversary of closing
- Landscaping: Complimentary lawn weed treatment and fertilization for the entire first year with Andrews Turf & Tree Care
