WHAT TO EXPECT FOR YOUR HOME'S WARRANTY
- Quality Builders Limited 10-Year Warranty – backed by Liberty Mutual. Magnolia Homes is the only builder in the Mid-South with the QBW Structural Warranty beginning Day 1.
- Jeld-Wen Windows and Sliding Glass Doors: Limited Lifetime Warranty for basic product coverage (including the performance of the glass seal) on Vinyl Windows, 20 Year Warranty for basic product coverage (including the performance of the glass seal) on Aluminum Clad Windows.
- Tyvek Home Wrap: 15-Year Limited Warranty
- James Hardie Exterior Siding and Trim: Limited 30 Years
- Owens Corning Shingles: Pro-rated Limited Lifetime Warranty
- HVAC System provided by Cordova Heat & Air: 1 year labor, limited lifetime for heat exchanger and compressor, and 10 years for thermostat and equipment parts*
- Appliances: 365-day coverage provided by each manufacturer via Ferguson Enterprises
- Interior Paint: Complimentary sheetrock/paint work (sheetrock cracks, nail pops, open trim joints) due to settling at the one-year anniversary of closing
- Landscaping: Complimentary lawn weed treatment and fertilization for the entire first year with Andrews Turf & Tree Care
HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY REQUEST
Current Magnolia homeowners should submit warranty requests by email to warranty@magnoliahomesinc.com. Include your first and last name and your home address or homesite number.
