FOUNDATION & STRUCTURAL QUALITY
A home’s strength starts below the surface! At Magnolia Homes, we take extra care during the foundation phase to ensure long-term stability, durability, and peace of mind!!
Proper soil preparation is critical to prevent settling, cracks, and structural issues that can appear years after a home is built. While some builders overlook this step, the effects often show up later when repairs are more costly. When needed, Magnolia Homes mechanically compacts the soil beneath the home’s footprint using heavy industrial equipment. This extra precaution helps reduce future settling and supports the home’s structural integrity for many years to come.
Each foundation is professionally engineered and reinforced with additional steel rebar to strengthen the slab and help minimize cracking from soil movement or vibration. Our slabs are also set a minimum of 14 inches above ground level, improving drainage and exceeding common building standards!!

Reggie personally reviews every home throughout the construction process, ensuring each one meets Magnolia Homes’ standards for detailed craftsmanship and structural integrity! Karen Garner and the Design Team carefully select finishes for available homes, bringing consistency, intention, and timeless design to every detail of the home.
Karen also supervises the finishing stages and conducts thorough final inspections as part of Magnolia Homes’ signature orientation process, an added layer of quality control that ensures no detail is overlooked!
COMMUNITY PLANNING & EXTERIOR DESIGN

Each Magnolia home includes a 10-year structural warranty, providing peace of mind well beyond closing day. In addition, every home is covered by a limited QBWC 10-year warranty backed by Liberty Mutual, offering homeowners added confidence that their investment is protected.
