When designing your new construction home, there are a couple of features to consider incorporating to make it the most functional and inviting place to create your own memories! Here are a few of our favorites!
Dedicated Dining Room
Nothing is better than being able to gather around the table together! To accomplish this, having a dedicated dining room with enough space to seat all your loved ones is integral for a holiday well-spent! While many are opting to use their dining room area as a dedicated home office, we still love the traditional usage of this space for hosting.
Scullery
The perfect home for hosting includes a scullery! A scullery is a private secondary kitchen where cabinets, storage space, extra appliances, serving dishes, and more are typically kept. The scullery is the ideal place to house leftover food and discarded dishes, giving you the freedom to entertain without worrying about the clutter! This signature amenity is a must-have for elevating your home and making your guests feel comfortable.
