REGGIE GARNER, JR.
Vice President of Magnolia Homes
Reggie Garner, Jr. is the Co-Owner and Vice President of Magnolia Homes, where he has spent over 25 years shaping one of the Mid-South’s most respected and award-winning homebuilding companies. Beginning with Magnolia Homes officially in the year 2000 (unofficially since he was born), Reggie quickly immersed himself in every aspect of the business—from construction and purchasing to strategic development, custom home sales, and advancing the company for long-term growth. He now plays a central role in vendor partnerships, product innovation, and operational excellence, helping to drive Magnolia’s trajectory from a small local builder to a highly coveted regional leader in home building.
Under Reggie’s leadership, Magnolia Homes has seen tremendous growth in community count, team members, sales volume, average sales price, and overall home features - performance metrics that underscore his strategic vision and dedication.
Reggie’s industry involvement extends well beyond Magnolia Homes. He is a former West TN Homebuilders Association Board Member as well as a long-standing member of the National Association of Home Builders, a past President of NAHB’s Builder 20 Club, a NAHB International Builders Show guest speaker, supporter of the Collierville Education Foundation, a board member at Make-A-Wish, and former Southside Wildcats board member. His contributions have earned him numerous accolades, including Tennessee Home Builder Magazine’s Young Professionals Under 40 recognition and Professional Builder Magazine’s 40 Under 40 honor.
Above all, Reggie is a devoted husband to his wife, Jennifer, and a proud father to their three sons. On the weekends, you can find him spending time with family, cheering on the Rebels or Grizzlies, golfing, or hunting.
