Magnolia Preserve… It’s All Here!
I am so excited about Magnolia Preserve. It is another community that we at Magnolia Homes have designed and developed. This week, we are moving the last of the furniture into our model home. It has been a long journey to this point, but I am finally proud to show it off for viewings.
The community itself is gorgeous, and the location is incredible. Magnolia Preserve sits just 0.4 miles from Hinton Park and only 1.2 miles from the brand new, state-of-the-art Collierville High School, which opens for students this August; it’s close enough to be nearby, but not so close that you’ll have to deal with too much traffic. The community has a one-way entrance and a separate, one-way exit, but what lies in between is what is really special. There’s an enormous park area just inside the entrance, complete with playground equipment, a walking trail, arbors, benches, and an ornamental fence surrounding it plus there is a pond in the community. The whole area is just beautiful!
The floorplans of each home are completely unique, yet they still include that extra touch that you’ve come to expect. They each have a 10-year, limited warranty from QBW which starts day one, unlike some other warranties, which wait until year three to come into effect. Each and every home also comes with James Hardie masonry trim and siding—and no wood means no rot, no termites, and no added risk of fire as with wooden siding. There’s even a 15-year limited warranty on the trim and a 30-year limited warranty on the siding by James Hardie. In fact, the only wood on the exterior of these houses are the cedar columns and shutters.
Homes in the Magnolia Preserve start in the upper $400,000 range. Four of them are already pre-sold and under construction, and six more are now under construction and available to purchase. A few of them should be ready to move into in June, just in time for the summer.
