Magnolia Preserve Community – Coming to a Close!
Today, we are giving an ode to our beloved Magnolia Preserve Community as we are coming to a close in this incredible neighborhood, with only one available home left!
In 2018, Magnolia Homes opened Magnolia Preserve! As the developer and the builder in this community, we wanted the architecture of our homes to represent a French-Creole style, detailed with artful landscaping and rich with quality craftsmanship throughout. We knew that this community was the jackpot of premium home locations in Collierville, Tennessee, right behind Hinton Park and moments from Collierville High School at the intersection of Fleming and Shelby Drive. Magnolia Preserve has gorgeous common open space, a small park, and two ponds. There is an abundance of walking trails around the community, as well. Some of the towns best local dining experiences are minutes away, coupled with awesome shopping for all ages.
When laying out Magnolia Preserve, we decided to break this 71 homesite community into two phases. We worked intentionally to design brand new floor plans for Magnolia Preserve! Some of our favorite floor plans that we’ve ever built have been in this community, including The Orleans, The La Crema, The Izabella, The Natchez, The Cosentino, and The Strasbourg. There was nothing more special than seeing our homeowners fall in love with the design, architecture, and amenities of each of our intentionally designed homes.

We sure have loved building memories to last here in Magnolia Preserve but are so happy to have met all of our wonderful homeowners who we have welcomed into the Magnolia Homes family over the past five years! What an incredible place to call home!
