The Magnolia Homes Signature PackageNew to the Magnolia Homes experience is the Magnolia Homes Signature Package! This is a compilation of commonly added luxury items to a Magnolia pre-sale home that can be added during the contract phase. In selecting this package, homeowners are able to receive a significant savings with their investment by compiling items versus adding individually! (Items from the Signature Package may not be removed or credited back. The Magnolia Homes Signature Package is not applicable in our Shepherd’s Creek Community.)
