Did you know we have a 3D website?! YES! We have a website where you can digitally “build” your very own Magnolia Home! This incredible platform, created through our friends at ANewGo, provides you with the ability to envision the home of your dreams, selecting between location, floor plan, and customization of what fits best for you and your lifestyle!
You begin this exciting process by finding the location that you desire! We are currently building in 6 communities across the Collierville and Rossville areas. From there, you can choose a homesite or view our wide variety of floor plans offered for that specific community! For example, if you choose to build in Cypress Grove, you can see over 10 floor plans offered, including some with multiple elevations!
One of the best parts of using this website is getting to visualize your floor plan with the amenities that you desire in your home. Looking for 5 bedrooms instead of 4? An oversized garage? A friend’s entry? Expanded bathroom space? You can toggle between options on your preferred plan to see what these actually look like portrayed in the home! We offer a wide gallery option as well, so you can see what other Magnolia Homes have incorporated in the past! Bring your ideas to life in the home of your dreams!
Once your floor plan is selected and additional structural items are added on the first and second floor, it’s time to design the exterior palette! You can choose from a variety of brick options, trim and siding colors, shutter colors, and more! As you’re doing your exterior homework in preparation of your first design appointment, this is an excellent tool to help you visualize your preferences all in one place.
After you’ve virtually designed the home of your dreams, you can download your own brochure that you can share with your dedicated New Home Specialist and the Design Team!
