It’s the most wonderful time of the year! For some, that means Christmas, but for us at Magnolia Homes, it is our Showcase of Homes event that we’ve had annually for the last 11 years!
The Showcase of Homes Event, also known as our Live Life Well® Event is the perfect place for prospective homeowners to familiarize themselves with the quality craftsmanship and unique character that are staples of Magnolia Homes! During this event, our guests can view all six of our communities: five in Collierville, TN and one in Rossville, TN. In each community, we have a furnished model home open for visiting and available inventory homes open for viewing as well! This event is truly a perfect way to meet Magnolia Homes, learn more about the amazing amenities in each community, and take the next step in living the life of luxury you’ve always dreamed of!
Although we’ve been established for over 34 years, we’ve loved having this event for the last 11 years to show our fantastic Memphis community who Magnolia Homes truly is! It is almost nostalgic looking back on our previous Live Life Well® Events seeing our communities change, new communities opened, transitioning with architectural updates and ideas! As we’ve adapted over the last two years, minimizing the length of the event, we’ve still enjoyed looking back at the amazing people we’ve met along the way!
This year, we will be having one day over the Live Life Well® Event weekend where some of our favorite local vendors will be with us at the Oak Hill Model Home! On Saturday the 23rd from 11 – 3, we will have a variety of vendors setup that truly portray how to Live Life Well® including Georgia Jane Design, Buff City Soap, Re+New+All Candle Company, E&K Cookies, and Square Beans Coffee! We will also be having a raffle for those who visit any of the model homes all weekend long with fantastic giveaways from some of the aforementioned vendors and more!
The best part of our Live Life Well® Event is we will be offering special incentives on purchased inventory and pre-sales homes between now and the end of the event weekend (October 24th)!!
