Floor Plan Feature: New Plans in The Cove!
If you’ve been keeping up in the world of MH news, you know that we’re down to our very final available homes in our Cove Community! Two of these homes feature original Cove floor plans that have been adored by many since opening this charming community. However, the final two homes feature brand new custom floor plans for these homesites! Today, our Floor Plan Feature focuses on these two plans: the Ivy Manor and the Bellefont. Let’s dive in!
The Ivy Manor and the Bellefont are both gorgeous floor plans that align with the charming cottage and farmhouse styles characterized in our Cove community. They offer inviting front porches, stunning elevations, incredible outdoor living spaces, and third car garages! However, each of these homes have their own unique personalities.
First up, we’ll take a look at Homesite 207, which will be the location of the Ivy Manor floor plan. The Ivy Manor provides the traditional southern elevation that captivate us all. With this plan, you will find a dedicated dining room, a scullery (new to the Cove plans!), a stunning kitchen with plenty of windows, a dedicated breakfast room, a two-story entry foyer, a friend’s entry, a half bathroom down (new to the Cove plans!), a sweet family room, a covered outdoor living space with a fireplace, and sliding glass doors (new to the Cove plans!) to the outdoor living.
