You are in for a treat today! We are taking a moment to put the spotlight on one of our recently completed homes featuring a brand-new floor plan, The Oxford! Simply put, this home is jaw-dropping and mesmerizing from the outside all the way inside! We began working with the homeowners after they viewed the 3D tour of this Floor Plan and fell in love! We cherished working alongside them and our preferred Interior Designer, Suzanne Stevenson! With their direction and dedication, this home perfectly combines elegance and comfort. Let’s start on the exterior elements of this home! The architectural magnificence is just the tip of the iceberg of the splendor of this home. The Oxford floor plan includes a 3-car garage with an additional single bay, a grand arched iron front door, an outdoor living with a fireplace and grilling terrace, and a friend’s entry!
Time to move inside! Starting from the gorgeous iron front doors, as you walk into the Oxford, you are welcomed by a charming foyer before being greeted by a grand stairwell.
