Community News: The Cove Coming to a Close!
It’s with bittersweet news that we announce that our beloved Cove Community is coming to a close with only a handful of opportunities remaining!
This boutique community opened at the beginning of 2020, with 35 exclusive homesites on one peaceful Cove, each with its own vibrant palette. When designing this community, we wanted to offer a more low-maintenance option, but without compromising luxury or the unique character that is an integral part of a Magnolia Home! We also wanted these homes to include a majority of the homes’ footage on the first floor, providing an ideal option for buyers in all stages of life!
We knew this community would be a hit because of its incredible location in Collierville. The Cove is located off of Collierville Road, just minutes from some of the state’s best public education (Collierville High School and Sycamore Elementary School). It’s also near fabulous dining locations, fun shopping spots, and Highway 385 for quick commutes into Memphis or even Nashville! We love how close The Cove is to walking trails and local parks, too!
The Cove is a community unique to Magnolia Homes, and a community we will remember for years to come because of the incredible homeowners we’ve come to know! We are so sad to be in the final opportunities in this community, but excited and happy to know The Cove will be the perfect place to build your memories for years to come!
