Women in Construction Month!

In case you didn’t know, March is National Women in Construction Month! This celebration is extra special for us, as Magnolia Homes was started by Ms. Karen Garner over 39 years ago!! Her story (which is now integral to our story!) is so special because she knew the homebuilding world in Memphis needed a woman’s touch on it, so she dived head-first into this male-dominated market as a single mother of two children, paving the way for so many in the building industry. 

Underneath her incredible guidance, she has empowered a team of hardworking women (and men!). At Magnolia Homes, we’re proud to work alongside talented women whose passion, creativity, and leadership leave a lasting mark on every home we build! From accounting to warranty, from design to marketing, from sales to quality control, our Magnolia girlies offer a variety of talents, strengths, and mindsets all rolled together to work in building you the home of your dreams!!!!
