Original event announcement:
It’s the most wonderful time of the yearrrr - at least that’s what we’re saying here at Magnolia Homes during the Live Life Well® Season!!!! We are thrilled that this is our SIXTEENTH year throwing this annual event, where our homeowners have found the place to build their memories. Thinking back on this event, we started it as a way to showcase a few of our homes to our interested buyers, but now it's grown into something so much bigger! Our desire is for our guests to truly experience all that Magnolia Homes has to offer from our vibrant communities, to our timeless design and our quality craftsmanship. Our dedication to you goes beyond simply building your home, it begins at our first meeting and extends well past closing. These are all what we hope to portray during your visit to our event!
This year, our event will be hosted September 18th-20th and 25th-27th in two of our communities with furnished model homes, Cypress Grove and Oak Hill! Our two other communities, Shepherd’s Creek and the Villages of Saunders Creek, will be open for you to drive through or you may schedule a guided tour by calling or texting 901-468-3344, but we currently do not have a completed home for you to visit in!
As always, you have the chance to view our furnished model homes, tour our available inventory homes, and learn more about the incentives we’re running from now until the end of the event! Something fun we’re doing this year is a “Lender Lounge” where we’ll bring Jennifer Michalski from Financial Federal on site for you to get started on your Magnolia Homes journey with ease and simplicity!
Don’t forget while you’re visiting to vote for your favorite home!! Once you do, we’ll enter you into a drawing to win a giftcard - what?! In addition, each guest that visits will get to take home complimentary Buff City Soap!
It really is going to be our sweetest event yet! We can’t wait to see you SO SOON!
