14th Annual Live Life Well® Event
GET EXCITED! Our 14th Annual Live Life Well® Event starts THIS MONTH! We are overwhelmed with elation as we think of showcasing our timeless homes for others to experience for themselves! This event is such a sweet time where we get to meet future homeowners for the first time and introduce them to the classic elements, excellent craftsmanship, and unique personalities each of our homes display.
The Live Life Well® Event will be hosted for two weekends, September 27th– 29th and October 4th – 6th in five of our communities! We have 4 furnished model homes that will be open for you to tour, including one that will be brand new in our Shepherd’s Creek Community! You will be able to tour completed and in-progress inventory homes as well as visit pre-sale homesite opportunities.
One of the very best parts about the Live Life Well® Event is that we’re offering special promotions on our inventory and pre-sale homes! Rate buydowns that could save you hundreds of dollars each month, design incentives, plan incentives, and so much more are being offered on select homes. Something unique we’re offering in our incentives this year is FOUR complimentary hours with our preferred Interior Designer, Suzanne Stevenson from Stevenson Interiors! She is a gold mine of information and direction and has provided so much wisdom to our homeowners.
