Karen, as I went around looking at different products and vendors to build this house, they would always ask me who was building my house. Without exception everyone would say, “Karen and Reggie build a great home” and many said, “you have the best builder.” I thought maybe you had paid everyone to say that. I now know why your reputation and respect in the building and business community is so high. You have surrounded yourself with good people, you treat your employees and subs fairly and with respect and you are a smart businessperson. I was amazed at how good all of your subs were and their desire to do the job right. As you know, I saw almost every nail nailed and I can tell you there is not one sub I would not use again. I just wanted to thank you for all the work you did from the selection to finalizing our home in Village Park. To recap, we had started looking in Village Park around May 2011. My husband (Venkat) and I registered with yourmagnoliahome.com around that time to get updates about the development of the subdivision. We planned to meet Reggie and construct the Angela Marie plan with a two car garage in Plot 463 (the very first home). We went on vacation to Florida during the July 4th long weekend and when we returned we found that there was a Blossom I with a three car garage laid out with construction already started on that site. Ever since then, we have looked around for other plots for a suitable plan to build and eventually found the completed Angela Marie plan on plot 464 and you know rest of the story.
We had a smooth final walk through and pleasant closing experience. We met Karen and Reggie during our final walk through. They are very professional, courteous, and nice people to work with. It was a privilege to meet them and whole experience has been great. Our family is very much impressed with the quality of material, the minute details explained by Reggie, and assurance he provided about the minor changes that may happen in first year and how they will be taken care of around 11 months from now. The Closing on the 21st of December went smooth, Reggie turned up on time, provided all the documents, and everything was completed in a timely manner. I believe the whole Magnolia team is a well functioning group that works together, and makes sure every family gets a wholesome experience.
We would definitely recommend Magnolia Homes to all our cquaintances. In fact, we picked up some brochures from Sue to give them to a couple of our friends who showed interest in Village Park.
