We are beyond elated to announce we have won Best Home Builder in the Commercial Appeal’s Memphis Most contest for the second year in a row!
This title is such an honor because it was voted on by the Memphis community. We know there were other very deserving and adequate nominations, so this makes this win even more impressive and special to us.
The homebuilding process at Magnolia Homes is extremely unique, even from the starting point. We know how important this investment is. Our homes serve not only a shelter for us, but a haven to build memories with our families for many, many years. Because of this, we want to put only the highest quality of effort and materials into the homebuilding process.
When we have someone interested in our home building process and eventually becoming a part of the Magnolia Family, they begin by looking through which community may suite their needs. Between our six different communities, there are important variables that are considered such as proximity to schools and amenities, price range, additional amenities, and many other attributes that go into deciding where to live.
From there, our homeowners will decide on the floor plan that will best suite their interests and family needs. We have a variety of floor plans that are unique to each community! From there, we have a Design Center where our Design Center specialist helps to pick out each and every detail for the home, giving them the option to show their personality throughout their home. Once this has been completed, our amazing builders work to accomplish the most perfect dream home possible for our homeowners.
